In 2001 he graduated from Tomsk State University with a degree in Chemistry. In 2013 he received doctor degree. Laureate of the State Prize of the Russian Federation and the President of the Russian Federation Prize for Young Scientists for outstanding work in the field of science and innovation.

In 2012-2014 years Alexey worked as the Deputy Governor of the Tomsk region on the scientific and educational complex and innovation policy.

He has a broad scientific horizon, experience in organizing and coordinating scientific and technical and business projects "from scratch".

He is fond of tennis and business trips.

In 2004 he graduated from the Faculty of Natural Sciences of Novosibirsk State University with a degree in Chemistry. In 2007 Ilya received PhD degree in Chemical Sciences. From 2001 to 2012 he worked at the Boreskov Institute of Catalysis of the SB RAS, Tomsk State University, the National University of Science and Technology MISIS.

Ilya has rich experience in the field of organization and carrying out research and development, organization of business processes and processes of introduction of chemical technologies. Co-author of 35 scientific publications and five patents in the field of new chemical technologies. In the Engineering Center he provides leadership and coordination in terms of analytics, promotion, market analysis and interaction with the partners of the ECTC.
