In December 2017, the company organized a production site with a fleet of pilot plants in Tomsk.

On September 29, 2014, TSU won the tender of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation for granting state support to pilot projects to create and develop engineering centers on the basis of universities.
In 2009-2010, after a number of successful projects TSU in developing industrial technologies, we came up to the idea of creation of an engineering center.
January 13, 2015, LLC 'Engineering Chemical Technology Centre' was organized. The technological unit was headed by Kirill Kolkov, the direction of development and analytics was headed by Ilya Mazov.
On a base of TSU it was made a center with experts and modern equipment for experimental and technological works in chemical industry.
Alexey Knyazev became CEO.
Establishing international contacts.
In the course of the work, we interact actively with chemical industry enterprises and it became clear that without an 'interpreter' organization, the interaction between science and industry often comes to a dead end, just because people from different sides of the table do not understand each other.
As a result, it was launched a project of the Engineering Chemical Technology Centre, as the organization experienced both in scientific and industrial field.
After three years of work of the LLC 'ECTC', we came to the full self-sufficiency. We have implemented the concept of engineering centers – we help to solve current production issues of the chemical industry by means of domestic science.
